Once again, I find myself apologizing for the lack of posts here this last month. No excuse, really, except that I've just got a lot to do. June looks to be a promising month for photogaphy for me, so I'll get back on track soon.
It the meantime, here's your desktop wallpaper for June. If you haven't seen it on my Flickr photostream, this is from a photowalk at Fort Benjamin Harrison State Park in Indianapolis. Our company took Friday afternoon for lunch at the park and then we walked a couple of the trails afterward. There is a small lake in the park and this is from one side of it looking towards the other. I was struck by how much green there is already this year, but then we've had a ton of rain in April and May, so I should be completely surprised. (This also looks like a place I need to revisit in the fall, no?)
Also, I've changed the design of my desktop (Large & Small) wallpapers slightly. I'm experimenting a bit, so this may not stick, but we'll see. If you've read Close to Home, you'll probably recognize it. Let me know what you think.
